Is your brain stuck in a rut?
Sounds strange but quite common in a lot of people. Your thinking can very easily be stumped here and going through the same thing again and again. Normally attributed to stress and other factors, there are ways around this:
1. Lie down and relax, deep breaths in and out
2. Keep moving this will keep the blood flowing in your body
3. Take a walk in the countryside and get some fresh air. Also the countryside will help you to relax
4. Relax your eye if you are stressed. Continually straining your eyes can cause you headaches and worsen the condition
5. Make some noise strangely enough this can help.
6. Be artistic or messy grab some canvasses and paint and enjoy yourself.
7. Try and do all of the above in one go
