Many people think that dieting is about eating next to nothing and getting slim, if you speak with professionals in the industry i.e. nutritionists etc they will tell you that this is probably worse for you than eating loads of rubbish.

Your body needs food, it needs protein and vitamins etc so the question is not how much you eat, its more the case of what you eat. It is recommended that you eat little and often in order to keep your metabolism going throughout the course of the day, many people make the mistake of thinking “I will have no breakfast and no dinner but will have a nice tea”, this is binge eating and you WILL put weight on by doing this.

You need to have a balance of foods within your body to help your respiratory system function properly and healthily.

Many people don’t seem to understand that there is a reason why the doctors and health specialists say that when taking medicine and doing other stuff to improve health, you do these things with regularity without missing a day.

The reason for this is that if one day is missed , then it is likely that the whole course of the programme of improving your help will not be as effective and wont help as much as it should.

Because of missing days, people stop completely and this their health deteriorates further.

Constant. Regularity. Enthusiasm. All these things are important and help.

Drinking a few cups of tea in the day has many benefits with regards to health and fitness. Green tea is even better.

It helps the bone. It helps the mind. It freshens you up and wakes you up!

During the working day, a few cups of tea can keep you going ans help you concentrate more in your work. The same goes for those in colleges and university who are studying.

If you dont like tea, then start with mint tea or some other flavour like cherry etc. those are also very good!

If you still don’t agree, try it at least!
