1.	Lie down and relax, deep breaths in and out
2.	Keep moving this will keep the blood flowing in your body
3.	Take a walk in the countryside and get some fresh air. Also the countryside will help you to relax
4.	Relax your eye if you are stressed. Continually straining your eyes can cause you headaches and worsen the condition
5.	Make some noise strangely enough this can help.
6.	Be artistic or messy grab some canvasses and paint and enjoy yourself.
7.	Try and do all of the above in one go

Not hard really, mix with negative people and you won’t get anywhere in life. You become like them in every way possible. Basically don’t mix with losers.
2.	Not knowing what you want
You will fail in life if you don’t know what you want. Set goals, aims and be sure what you want and work hard to get it.
3.	Wanting everything
Simple you can have everything in life and this contact need will cause failure. You need ensure you are happy with that you have.
4.	Watching TV too much
This is a bit vague but pretty much means don’t be lazy. Laziness doesn’t help anyone in life make sure you are motivated when you need to be.
5.	You don’t want success
You may not want success but why? What do you want to do with your life?
6.	Forgetting your roots
Your roots are the most important things in your life. They make you who you are for the better and ensure you live your life according to them.
7.	Thinking you’re smart
Duh!!! Thinking your smart doesn’t mean you are. If anything it makes you look dumb. Be yourself
8.	Listening to idiots
There are people in life that will deliberately give you bad advice or steer you wrongly. Be careful of these people
9.	Short term thinking
Yes short term is good but think past that. There is more to life than the short term life goes on and you need to plan for the future.
10.	No priorities
Without priorities how do you know what is important in life? Sort your life out.

The spokesman for X-Factor judge, Cheryl Cole, has announced her separation from her footballer husband Ashley Cole – at long last! The couple have faced numerous articles in the tabloids about Ashley’s infidelity (which he never seems to have denied), and yet the lovely Cheryl has stayed with him and faithful.

In times of stress, couples should come together, and when they do not, I understand that things outside of the norm can happen. However, as soon as a partner, of their own free will (i.e. whilst intoxicated is not one of those times – but that is not an excuse!), breaks the relationship and goes elsewhere, then it should be the beginning of the end.

Forgiveness is a virtue, but being taken for a ride is just plain stupid. When the trust has gone, get rid.

An Austrian monastery, near Vienna (and also an order of Franciscan nuns), is offering men (and women) the opportunity to test drive life as a monk. To be honest, when I first saw this, I thought it was a prank, but I later confirmed it on the BBC News website, so I believe this to be a true offer.

However, I have now thought about this, and although the religious life is not a life I would consider, it is certainly seems to offer people an opportunity to devote their life to a greater power and to serve the local community through acts of charity, etc.

Over the last decade or two, as religion comes in and out of popularity, could this sort of “offer” entice people into the Church?

Self motivation is one of the hardest parts to any self-improvement drive. Whether it is about giving up smoking, losing some weight, gaining that extra qualification or even just making more time to relax in your busy day, finding ways to jump start you every day can be very difficult.

I’ve looked into numerous different tools and techniques, and found that each and everyone has its own merits, but none of them jumped at me, none of them made me think that I could achieve my goal. And then a friend sent me a calendar with some of their wedding photos on, as a personalised thank you for my gift. the calendar was lovely, with 12 different pictures for each month, and the couple had chosen a nice range of photos as well. And a little light bulb went on in my mind…

I had a bit of a search online, and found numerous companies that deal in this sort of item. So, I gave a couple of them a call, and found that my idea is not so nuts after all! I have decided to put those hated “before” pictures on a couple of Calendars to help inspire me to stick to my goals. I know they won’t be the greatest looking calendars in the world, but it is a practical and affordable solution to motivating myself. Keeping one at home and one at work may be a bit embarrassing at first, but friends, family and work colleagues are very supportive and will ensure I don’t hide them in a drawer 2 weeks in!

Within any relationship, whether it is between family members, friends, lovers, work colleagues or even random strangers in a supermarket, we can be put into a situation where we over-react, and say things in the heat of the moment. And, unfortunately, these things can follow us around and get us into a lot of trouble.

Temper tantrums are often forgiven between those that love us best; we understand why things are stressful, and give a lot of leeway. But the working environment, unless you have been there for many years, is not as forgiving. My top tip in avoiding strife, is to take a deep breathe, think through what you are about to say, and then say it – IF it is what you really want to say.

Over the last 3 months, 5 of my close friends and family member have announced they are pregnant – so, come august and September, I am going to be attending a lot of baby showers )and possibly be a Godmother a few times over!). As I don’t have children of my own, and won’t be any time soon, learning all the ins and outs of baby clothes seemed a long long way off. Well, not anymore!

Now the first scans are out of the way, and all babies are fit and healthy, we have been “allowed” to start looking at for gifts and clothes, and other little things that will help the new Mum’s out. So, I have been looking online and in shops for ideas, and have found some amazingly cute little outfits. But before reaching for my credit card, I realised something; it’s currently February, so the current “style” for newborn outfits have a winter-warm feel to them. But our little bundles won’t be here until the middle to end of summer! This means most purchases now will be totally useless for the new babies, and by the time winter comes around, they will be a couple of months old, and a lot bigger.

So, do I “guess” the size they may be, and buy the cute stuff now, to be put away for a year? Or do I wait until nearer the time? Decisions, decisions.
