Friday is a good say to Reflect
Friday (today!) is a good day to reflect on your activities over the last week and whether most your time was healthy or not.
At the end of the day, sit down and contemplate on the week that just went by.
If you continue to do this at a set time, you will notice that after a few months, many improvements will start to be seen in your life. Many people start to do this but then leave it off and after this, complain it doesn’t work!!
Ah well, if do it and see the benefits of a few minutes a week!
