Make something happen
If you want to improve the way you feel on a daily basis try doing something nice for another person. Make someone a cup of tea, send someone a letter, send an email on with a joke or a funny picture on or simply contact someone you’ve not spoke to for a while to let them know you are thinking of them and hope they are well. Why not arrange some fun activities over the next few weeks so you have things to look forward and get giddy about them with your friends. Just one little action can really change your mood to a positive one.
