One off’s is OK. Regularity is better
Many people don’t seem to understand that there is a reason why the doctors and health specialists say that when taking medicine and doing other stuff to improve health, you do these things with regularity without missing a day.
The reason for this is that if one day is missed , then it is likely that the whole course of the programme of improving your help will not be as effective and wont help as much as it should.
Because of missing days, people stop completely and this their health deteriorates further.
